Calihan can cater events from 2- 5,000 people. We can accommodate any sized party.

3) Does Calihan offer food without staff?
We do not offer food without some sort of culinary staff.

4) Does Calihan offer drop-off services?
We currently offer "drop off" service to some of our existing corporate clients. However, because Calihan Catering is a Full Service Catering Company, we limit this service to established contractual clients who we are confident have the facilities and staff to support such a service. We would love to talk with you to determine your needs.

5) Where does Calihan cater?
Calihan Catering can cater almost anywhere you can imagine. If you can think it we will try to create a reality.

6) Do you have wedding packages available?
We are a custom caterer and craft every wedding menu to each specific client. Please call us, or visit our inquiry form to fill out a few simple questions. With this information our team of experienced sales staff can help to put together the perfect wedding.

7) What dining options are available for Daily Contractual Dining?
Contractual dining is a relationship that is built between your company and Calihan Catering. We provide the staffing and food to handle your daily catering needs from continental breakfasts to luncheon budgets to cocktail receptions. We work with you, becoming part of your team, to portray the most professional atmosphere for entertaining clients or treating your associates. In addition, we allow you to focus on what you do best and not have to worry about catering.
